Body Protection Suits provide the perfect protection for such applications as they are made up of tested Fabrics which protect against heat at the same time are not cumbersome and comfortable in wear and work.
Fire, Hot Oil / Steam Splash Suit is designed as either a one piece suit which is used for protection of the wearer from High Heat, Fire wave or steam at high pressure surges.
This is a 5 layer garment made of CSM Material as outer layer giving water and chemical resistance as outer layer,
meta aramid as 2ndlayer,
3rd layer is inherent cotton,
4th layer is insulating aramid felt,
5th layer is inherent FR. THE JACKET is lined with reflective FR TAPES both horizontally and vertically.
The inner insulating layer is detachable and washable.
The jacket is provided with a DRAG rescue strap.
The jacket is also designed with RADIO pocket to fit almost all makes of RADIOS.
The trouser is a elasticated fit with knee reinforcement and is with similar construction as the jacket.
The fabric withstanding pressure capacity is 50kg/cm2 and steam strength is up to 350 degree temperature upto 400 degree.
Protects wearer from convection heat of B2 category and industrial radiant heat up to Class C2 category.
High tensile strength and protection against pressurized fuids.
Protection in Hydrocarbon and Steam applications & Civil defence for Fire Fighting and Rescue operations.
